Prices
- Prices listed within the Field Floristry service are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of submitting your order.
- Prices include VAT.
- Product prices are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery charges may apply.
Products
- Certain flower products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
- Some flowers may be harmful or poisonous such as lilies which can be extremely toxic to cats. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact Field Floristry on the contact form for further information.
- All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
- All products are for decoration purposes only and NOT to be consumed.
- Keep all flowers and arrangements out of reach of children and pets.
Orders & Payments
- Payment is due at time of ordering, either via BACS, cash on collection or Sum up card payment.
- If using the Sum up card payment and additional fee of 1.5% will be added to your total price.
- By agreeing/submitting an order, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
- We cannot accept online orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Delivery
- We deliver to Market Drayton and surrounding areas. If delivery is more than 3 miles of TF9 3XX then a £5 delivery charge will be applied.
- We will advise you of the first available delivery date for your chosen item when you place your order.
- To ensure a smooth delivery process please provide full name, address and contact details of the recipient plus your full name and contact details in case of the event we may need to contact you should we encounter any delivery problems.
- We will endeavour to deliver the products to the address provided but cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at the address provided and the receiver refuses to return the product.
- If the receiver is not available to receive the goods upon delivery, we will either leave them in a ‘safe place’ as recommended by the purchaser or leave with an immediate neighbour or leave a calling card for the receiver to contact Field Floristry and arrange collection.
- Please note we are unable to make any deliveries without customer name and contact details.
Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email and provide details of your name and goods ordered.
- Please note cancellations must be made at least 24hours before delivery/collection date. In the event of late cancellation (within 24hours of delivery/collection date) the cost of the flowers will be deducted from any refunds.
- We regret that you may not change, cancel or return your order once it has been despatched.
Wedding and Event Cancellation
- Once an event has been confirmed, we order flowers, reserve sundries, book staff and may refuse to supply other clients wishing to book our services. To compensate for costs incurred and loss of profits, charges may be applied for cancellation of a confirmed event.
- Cancellations must be received in writing and the date of receipt will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
- For weddings or events cancelled up to 28 days prior to the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the most recent quotation.
- For weddings or events cancelled within 28 days prior to the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the most recent quotation.
- For weddings or events cancelled within 14 days prior to the date of said event, we reserve the right to charge up to 75% of the most recent quotation.
- For weddings or events cancelled within 7 days prior to the date of said event, we regret that 100% of the final payment will be lost.
Postponements
Should a change of date become necessary, we are under no contractual obligation to deliver our products or services on the replacement date. While we will do our utmost to accommodate the new date, if we are unable to do so, we regret that deposits will remain non-refundable. If we are able to accommodate the new date, we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly.
As our products are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for bookings and orders postponed within 14 days of said event. Extenuating circumstances may be considered but are not a guarantee of a refund. Events or orders postponed before the 14-day deadline will not be subject to charge and deposits will be carried across to the new date.
Changes
While we will do everything, we can to accommodate changes to existing orders, we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly. Should the changes entail a reduction in order numbers, we regret that no refund for the difference will be made after 14 days prior to expected delivery.
Law & Jurisdiction
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.
Disclaimer of Liability
In no case will Field Floristry be responsible for any injury, loss, claim for damages arising from your use of our products and services.
